Rubbish TV That You Loved As A Teen : SisterSister

Another show I used to love watching on a Saturday morning was Sister, Sister, an American sitcom about identical twin girls (Tia and Tamera Mowry), separated and adopted at birth, who one day come face-to-face after 14 years apart.

Brilliant idea, which of course, is done to death in plotlines these days (ie The Parent Trap), and as with Sweet Valley High, each twin has individual characteristics, with Tia being the smart twin from Detroit whose adoptive mother Lisa works as a seamstress, whilst Tamera is the boy-crazy twin from the suburbs, where her adoptive father Ray owns a limousine service.

They end up all living together, in Rays house, and here enters their annoying neighbour Roger Evans, who is infatuated with both of them, and who evolves from a nerdy pest to a handsome gentleman. Cute.
